Your mailbox is a beautiful feature of your property and the neighborhood streetscape, and must be kept in good condition to remain compliant with your community’s guidelines.
A Care & Maintenance Instruction Sheet accompanies all new orders and provides an overview of routine care.
Should your mailbox become damaged, or need a repair or replacement part, please fill out the requested information and attach a photo if possible. Sometimes it is necessary for one of our field service personnel to inspect your mailbox in order to determine the detail of the repair or parts required.
Address Numbers – If you repaint or replace your mailbox you will need to replace the reflective numbers. These numbers are in a custom design & material that complies with your mailbox system, and required by your Association. Please contact us to order a matching replacement set.
